Who We Are

Stalwart Investments LLC is a local firm dedicated to investing in commercial and residential properties. The principals, Elle Reinhardt and Ray Savage, have a combined total of over 70 years in the construction business. We have construction expertise in both the commercial and residential arenas as well as complete remodels and ground-up construction. Our mission is to improve local neighborhoods one home at a time

We buy properties, rehabilitate them to current specifications and return them to members of the community. We are agents doing LOCAL deals. We look for investors and partners. Through investing, we broker every deal and process. You can be as involved in the process as you want, or you can take a more passive approach.
